Sidebar → Schedule. Three tabs: Routes (today/week view), Rules (recurring schedule), Holidays (skip days).

Create a schedule rule
Rules tab → 'Add rule'. Pick a customer, frequency (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/custom), preferred tech, and start date. The system auto-generates stops on the right days.

Optimize a day's route
Routes tab → pick a day → 'Optimize'. The router groups stops by geography and reorders for shortest drive time. You can pin specific stops in place if needed.

Add holidays
Holidays tab → add a date. Stops scheduled on that date auto-reschedule per your rules.
