Working offline (it just works)
Pool service happens in backyards. The field app is built for backyards.
Everything works offline
Logging chemistry, completing stops, taking photos, marking checklist tasks, skipping stops — all work with zero signal. Every action queues locally in the device's storage.
Sync indicator
Top of the screen shows your sync status. A pulsing dot = syncing now. A static dot = caught up. A queued count appears if you've made changes that haven't synced yet.
When you're back in range
The second you regain signal (driving past a coffee shop, getting back to the truck), everything queued syncs in the background. Customers receive their service reports as soon as the sync completes.
Photos sync separately
Photos can be larger and sync after text data. If you're on cellular and want to wait, the app respects your phone's data-saver settings.
