Sidebar → Reports. The page is tabbed — what you see depends on your role. Owners get everything including cost and payroll. Office sees everything except cost-sensitive tabs. Techs see a stripped-down My Performance view with their own scorecard.
AR Aging
Tab: AR Aging. Unpaid invoices bucketed by days overdue (Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+) per customer. Export CSV for your collections workflow.
Revenue + P&L
Revenue tab breaks paid invoices down by customer. P&L pulls revenue by billing model against expenses by category, with monthly net income. Pick a date range at the top.
Expenses + Mileage
Expenses tab is your expense tracker with category + date filters. Mileage tab (owner only) logs trips with summary stats — useful at tax time.
Revenue Dashboard + Operations
Revenue Dashboard is the financial summary with date-range picker. Operations shows stops, routes, and efficiency KPIs. Both export to CSV.
Team + Payroll
Team tab (owner) shows labor costs and team alerts. Download Payroll CSV gives you a payroll-ready export.
Profitability (owner only)
Profitability tab runs pool-level margin analysis against chemical cost and labor so you can see which accounts are actually making money.
