Tab 2: dashboard of overdue accounts grouped by severity bucket (1-30 days, 30-60, 60+). Quick actions: send reminder, call customer, write off.

Payment plans

Tab 3: turn an overdue invoice into installments. Customer pays automatically on schedule via AutoPay.
